The Hubs and I recently watched
Crossfire Hurricane. A new documentary on The Rolling Stones in honor of their 50th anniversary. It was one of the best things I've ever watched and so incredibly badass. Needless to say we are still talking about it two weeks later. It's truly amazing the influence they had then and continue to have now. Not just with their music, but with everything from how people dressed and wore their hair. Their personal style is off the charts. I'm most definitely not a music buff, just someone who loves The Rolling Stones and all things 60s and 70s. I would seriously do just about anything to go to one of the reunion concerts!
One of my favorite scenes in the film was back stage at MSG where Andy Warhol and Jimmy Hendrix were hanging out with them before their show. It just doesn't get much cooler than that. If you don't mind sex, drugs, and rock 'n roll you should check it out!
